The Finance Manager – Deals/Investments supports the consistent application of financial processes and proforma modeling for Refreshments and xLOB deals. This role partners closely with Sales leaders, Regional Finance Directors, FP&A, and Field Operations to support deal modeling, RFP submissions, and deal execution. The Finance Manager plays a hands-on role in driving disciplined execution, financial insight, and continuous improvement in a dynamic growth environment.

Job Responsibilities

Owns the financial evaluation of potential deals and investments, including modeling, scenario analysis, and return assessments.

 

Supports deal execution activities by preparing financial inputs for investment approvals, business cases, and leadership reviews. A critical, immediate first step is the design of a single intake and prioritization process for proformas and deal support requests. Not all deals with go through the Finance Manager due to the volume within Refreshments.

Monitors financial performance of investments, identifying variances, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Continuous optimization of the proforma is a critical component of the role.

Performs (as needed) financial analysis and other duties as required to support future M&A activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; accounting or finance preferred

5–7 years of progressively responsible accounting or finance experience

 

Experience supporting M&A, investments, integrations, or large-scale operational initiatives preferred

 

Master’s degree or CPA preferred, but not required

 

Project management experience and/or Six Sigma certification preferred

 

Proficiency in MS Office applications

 

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

 

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment

 

Willingness to travel approximately 25%–40%
