Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The Salaried rate for this position is $65,000.00 to $75,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting the suites food and beverage operation, including quality control, staffing & payroll, event preparation, kitchen operations, inventory & ordering.
- Assisting in staff training and developing, communicating, and motivating team members.
- Individuals must spend at least 60% of the time on the floor incorporating supervising, coaching, and training.
- Implement and maintain a guest service and management philosophy that serves as a guide to respective team members.
- Assist with premium menu development including delivery, presentation, and standards.
- Assisting in the maintaining of relationships with multi-year premium Suite holders as well as Individual Game Rentals.
- Conducting daily pre-shift meetings to update staff on daily goals & objectives.
- Assist in ensuring that all equipment is in proper operational condition and is cleaned on a regular basis.
Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications
- Prior supervisory experience in Premium Services / Sales preferred
- At least 3 years as a supervisor/or lead preferred
- Ability to support the development of team members
- Ability to work an event based schedule, which will include evenings, weekends and holidays
- Has had financial and quality service responsibilities

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
