Mess Supervisor – Join Our Team at DST Leconfield 

Location: DST Leconfield, Beverley, HU17 7LQ 
Pay Rate: £13.05 per hour (£23,832.30) 
Contract type: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (including some weekends)  
Shift times: Earliest start 0630, latest finish 2300 (7 hours per day)

What you’ll do: 

• Supervise the day to day running of the messes including rotas and ensuring staff training is up to date 
• Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service every day. 
• Support the Manager with stock control, staff rotas, and training. 
• Keep standards high by ensuring cleaning schedules are followed. 
• Operate tills, handle cash, and explore upselling opportunities. 
• Serve food and drinks while creating a welcoming atmosphere. 
• Share your menu knowledge with customers and train new starters. 

What we’re looking for: 

• Previous supervisory experience is great, but not essential – we’ll train you! 
• Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years, have the legal right to work, and pass security vetting and DBS checks. 
• A positive attitude, effective communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.
