Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $120,000.  If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.  This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive and support strategic technology and development for long-term sustainable advantage for account 
  • Identify, screen, and reach decisions on opportunities through technology and development analysis   
  • Provide technical, operational, and innovation expertise to other departments and leadership 
  • Form strategic collaborations and strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholder  
  • Project manage all Technology and Development projects, implementations, and initiatives 
  • Manage Technology Development support personnel 
  • Perform detailed evaluation of internal and external technologies to ensure unrivaled technology development and utilization via various benchmarking activities  
  • Create efficiencies to improve technology productivity and reporting analytics 
  • Ensure compliance with technology standards, security protocols, and corporate policies. 
  • Lead overall IT and digital strategy for designated accounts, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and client expectations 
  • Oversee Portfolio Group’s digital initiatives, with responsibility for planning, execution, and performance measurement 
  • Direct and manage project portfolios, including technology implementations, system upgrades, and cross-functional initiatives’ 
  • Serve as the primary liaison between IT and other business units (marketing, operations, culinary, finance, etc.), ensuring seamless collaboration and communication 
  • Develop frameworks for digital innovation, process improvement, and technology adoption across the account 
  • Provide executive-level reporting and presentations on IT strategy, project progress, and digital transformation outcomes 
  • Mentor and develop Operational leadership, staff, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and professional growth 
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, IT governance standards, and security best practices 
  • Represent designated accounts in external client and vendor meetings, with occasional travel required to support strategic initiatives 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree Required
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in IT or digital leadership roles 
  • Proven expertise in Project Management 
  • Strong background in IT strategy, digital transformation, and cross-departmental collaboration 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex projects with measurable results 
  • Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills 
  • Experience in hospitality or consumer technology environments preferred 
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support strategic business needs
