Position Description:
Key leadership role. Provides overall vision, planning, direction, and control for assigned account. Accountable for execution of Harvest Table’s General Management program, with a focus on growth, cost and productivity, leading people, and delivering financial commitments. Key success measures include Revenue Growth, EBIT Growth, Margin Improvement, Consumer Satisfaction, Client Loyalty, and Employee Engagement.
Scope of Role:
Responsible for the day-to-day oversight of residential, catering, and retail food service programs; guest and partner experience and satisfaction; and operational effectiveness.
Compensation
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $145,000 to $160,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
- Intimate working knowledge of all aspects of foodservice management, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrates initiative and good judgment in assisting guests, account partners, peers, and the local team.
- Possesses strong strategic thinking skills, with an emphasis on delivering and measuring action plans.
- Models key leadership behaviors and ensures the highest levels of safety, quality, and service excellence for employees, clients, and consumers.
- Identifies and engages top talent, developing team members to their fullest potential within the organization.
- Builds revenue and manages budget, including cost controls with regard to food, beverage, and labor.
- Works to achieve Harvest Table and client partner financial targets and goals.
- Ensures the completion and maintenance of Profit and Loss (P&L) statements for the district.
- Conducts operational audits of district units and designs improvements to optimize both financial performance and operational productivity.
- Leads managers in implementing and maintaining corporate management agenda for both labor and food initiatives.
- Drives the food philosophy of the Harvest Table Culinary Group and demonstrates the core values.
- Establishes and maintains effective partner and guest rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships.
- Identifies account partners’ needs and communicates operational progress.
- Facilitates and supports new business and retention activities.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of individuals, ensuring full comprehension of the topic, risk, or liability level.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of additional experience.
- Minimum of five years’ Proven Leadership expertise.
- Knowledge of the State and Federal food standard guidelines that apply to the Higher Education market
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
