The Human Resources Coordinator provides support to Human Resources and operational managers to complete day to day field HR activities and ensure successful roll out of HR initiatives to the business. Supports Zephyr Cove Resort, Lake Tahoe Adventures, and Adventure Mountain operators in daily reporting, administration, and other HR functions.

Job Responsibilities

•    Create and implement internal HR processes and procedures within ARAMARK guidelines.
•    Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
•    Develop and advise innovative employee motivation and morale programs.
•    Must possess strong interpersonal and communications skills.
•    Ability to listen to employee concerns and have outstanding analytical problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
•    Responsible for day-to-day HR functions including recruiting, staffing, hiring, training, development, coaching, incentives, and disciplinary procedures.
•    Administer and support Employee Housing initiatives, including tenant concerns, inspections, housing placements, and RA program.
•    Coordinates onboarding and orientations for new hires, including international employees.
•    Primary POC for J1 Work & Travel Program student employees, coordinating travel, onboarding, and cultural events.
•    Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of the manager.
•    Follows ARAMARK policies and procedures and safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
•    May be required to weekends or flexible hours as business requires.

Qualifications

•    1-2 years in Human Resources preferred
•    Bachelor’s degree preferred
•    Strong interpersonal and planning skills
•    Strong English verbal/written communication skills
•    A high level of guest service and an eye for detail
•    Proficient in Microsoft office programs
•    Experience taking care of a large employee population preferred
