Job Description
The Associate Director of Engineering is responsible for supervising and managing all unit activities related to facility maintenance and engineering services. Is responsible for developing and executing facilities and maintenance solutions to meet customer needs. Responsible for servicing and/or maintaining a physical location or site to client specifications. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified approach for the customer.

Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for developing and executing maintenance solutions to meet customer needs
- Executes facilities maintenance and upkeep following predefined specifications
Leads, mentors, engages and develops teams to maximize their contributions, including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching, and managing performance - Coach employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved
- Rewards and recognizes employees
- Ensures safety and sanitation standards in operation are compliant with Aramark and client regulations

Qualifications
• Requires at least 3 years of experience in maintenance
• Requires 2-3 years of experience in a management role
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to manage as part of a larger team or manage function independently, without direct supervision
• The ability to multi-task is a must
