Job Description

The Facilities Director I is responsible for developing and executing custodial solutions to meet customer needs. Responsible for servicing and/or maintaining a physical location or site to client specifications.  Manages and supervises all cleaning and custodial operations. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified approach for the customer.

 

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.  This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

Leadership
•    Leads, mentors, engage sand develops teams to maximize their contributions, including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching, and managing performance
•    Ensures Facilities Services connects to the appropriate executional framework
•    Consistently utilizes the Aramark coaching model
•    Rewards and recognize employees
•    Ensures safety and sanitation standards in all operations

Client Relationship
•    Develops and maintains effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships
•    Delivers and models customer service programs as the foundation for delivering excellent customer service
•    Identifies client needs and communicates operational progress.
•    Develops custodial program to meet client and customer demands and specifications

Financial Performance
•    Responsible for building revenue and managing budget which includes labor, supplies, equipment, and related services/materials as well as ensuring the completion and maintenance of Profit and Loss (P&L) statements
•    Adopts all Aramark processes and systems, and eliminates custom/manual reports
•    Understands performance metrics, data, and order and inventory trends; educate teams on key levers to improve margins

Productivity
•    Implements and maintains leadership agenda for both labor and facilities initiatives
•    Creates value through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management
•    Full compliance with Operational Excellence fundamentals for facilities and labor targets

Qualifications

•    Requires at least 3 years of experience
•    Requires at least 2 years of experience in a management role
•    Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
