Job Responsibilities
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts.
- Screen resumes and application forms.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
- Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, career pages, and social networks.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department).
- Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vac days).
- Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies.
- Participate in organizing company events and career days.
Qualifications
- Candidates actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any field of study. A major in hospitality, business, culinary, or facilities management is preferred. Please keep in mind that educational requirements may change depending on the responsibilities of the role.
- Candidates willing to work flexible hours, which may include nights, weekends or holidays
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
