Title: Part Time Clinical Dietitian

Location: Columbus Regional Healthcare System in Whiteville, NC

 Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our dynamic and compassionate healthcare team as a Part Time Clinical Dietitian at Columbus Regional Healthcare System.

This role will work 16 - 24 hours per week, ideally on Tuesday, Thursday and one additional day, if needed.  This role will practice in both inpatient MNT and outpatient cardiac rehab counseling.  This is an on site, in person position.

The hourly rate of pay for this position is  estimated at $35.00 - $40.00 depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities

• Assess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on their medical history, current health status, and specific needs
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changes
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices for nutrition care
• Monitor patients' progress and make modifications to their nutrition plans as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of clinical nutrition

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution
• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) designation required or the ability to obtain RD / RDN within 6 months
• Licensed Dietitian status in North Carolina within 6 months of hire
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passion for helping patients achieve optimal health through proper nutrition
