Job Description
The Facilities Manager will plan, administer and direct all activities related to Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) at a specific Aramark client location and be in compliance with the standards established by Aramark and the client. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified approach to IFM.
Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position is $85K - $90K, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and direct vendors and/or frontline associates within small/mid-size IFM operation.
- Responsible for oversight/management of direct reports and sub-contracted service workers to include, but not limited to: maintenance worker(s), day porter(s), AN tech(s)
- Main point of contact to client and site occupants, liaison to building/property manager as well as all sub-contracted services and vendors
- Ensures compliance with all contract obligations. Site level contractual compliance includes all site level KPI and SOWS, response times and customer HS&E metrics.

- Uses CMMS system to properly support the operation and manage/close out work orders within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Responsible for overall appearance and operation of facility
- Liaison to building management and building security for all service calls, systems tests
- Coordinate off-hours utilities for business needs
- Oversight of day-time porter staff that is responsible for light cleaning (dishes, coffee machines, conference rooms after events etc.)
- Complete small to medium scope repair and maintenance activities within Samsung's premises in accordance with building rules and regulations (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, AV, Signage, IT).
- Coordinate large in scope repair and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with relevant Samsung team and building provided cleaning services for post-event site maintenance
- Submit all required paperwork to building management to allow vendor access
- Responsible for control of execution of work and follow-up for quality assurance
- Assist with the Coordination of Events
- Prepare space for all events, as requested/needed.
- Coordinates with local service providers and assists with contracting as needed
- Arrange for 3rd Party Vendors facility access and assist with set up
- Assist with events as they occur providing any assistance when required Ensure all vendors vacate site when event concludes Requisition of event supplies, furniture, etc.
Qualifications
- Requires at least 2-3 years' experience in a facilities management site level leadership role and 2-3 years' experience managing hourly employees
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a business & industry, life sciences or manufacturing environment is preferred
- Working knowledge and experience with mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) O&M standards and procedures, as well as facility related equipment such as boilers, chillers, generators, HVAC/R required
- Strong knowledge and experience in the development of maintenance strategies and O&M capital planning strategies is preferred
- Facilities Management Certification such as Certified Plant Maintenance Manager (CPMM) or IFMA certifications are strongly preferred
