COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $15.00 to $15.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

The IT Intern works closely with the on-site IT Analyst on technology troubleshooting, maintenance, and deployment tasks. This position is largely a support role, where students will gain knowledge of campus technologies & IT infrastructure, and how these systems apply to the global technology landscape

Job Responsibilities

•  

• Assist Aramark employees with general technology support.
• Troubleshoot POS and marketing technologies.
• Work with Towson University and Aramark IT personnel to plan and deploy future technologies.
• Set up and maintain general administrative devices (computers, printers, etc.)
• Maintain cable routing and device presentation to Aramark and client standards.
• Develop reporting workflows to assist finance and operations.
• Interact with reporting databases to refine existing practices.
• Configure POS and marketing technologies.
• Investigate reporting anomalies.
• Train front line workers on the use of POS and general operations technologies.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Towson University student
• Graduating in or after May 2026

Preferred Qualifications

• Major in CS/CIS/AIT or related field
• Technical support experience
• Food service experience

 This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
