Job Description

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-driven professional to join our team and support inventory and pricing operations across ASU’s Convenience Markets. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate inventory tracking, smooth vendor communications, and consistent pricing across platforms. You’ll collaborate with logistics, procurement, and cross-functional teams to maintain operational efficiency and support strategic pricing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

Inventory Management
•    Maintain and update inventory levels in internal systems.
•    Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
•    Resolve invoicing discrepancies with warehouse and logistics teams.
•    Collect vendor statements to ensure timely payments.
•    Monitor stock levels and flag low or excess inventory.
•    Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory.
•    Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams on inventory-related issues.
•    Trigger reorders to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Pricing Operations
•    Input and maintain product pricing in ERP and POS systems.
•    Assist with price adjustments and promotional pricing rollouts.
•    Verify pricing accuracy across platforms and report inconsistencies.
•    Conduct competitor and market research to support pricing strategies.
Administrative & Reporting
•    Keep accurate records of inventory transactions and pricing updates.
•    Generate routine reports for internal use.
•    Provide data entry and documentation support to cross-functional teams.
Skills & Qualifications
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
•    Solid understanding of inventory control and management systems.
•    Familiarity with pricing strategies and market analysis.
•    Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
•    Problem-solving abilities to address inventory and pricing issues.
•    Proficiency in inventory software, Excel, and related tools.
•    High attention to detail and accuracy.
•    Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•    Direct and support floor employees in executing daily tasks, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and productivity goals.
•    Monitor employee performance on the floor, provide real-time coaching, and address operational issues to maintain workflow efficiency

Qualifications

  • Requires at least 4 years of experience 

  • Requires 1-3 years of experience in a management role  

  • Previous experience in retail markets

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 

  • Strong communication skills   and computer systems 

  • Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.  

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time  

  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model
