LifeWorks is looking for a Senior Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision across a dynamic, multiple site, corporate dining account. This is a high-impact role for a strategic culinary leader with a passion for food innovation, operational excellence, and driving best-in-class dining experiences. In this role, you'll oversee the culinary program across multiple locations, each with its own unique scale and needs, lead menu development, culinary strategy, and innovation tailored to client goals and guest expectations, partner closely with on-site chefs, culinary teams, and operations leadership to ensure high-quality execution and consistency. The ideal applicant will have proven experience managing a multi-site, high-volume culinary program in a corporate, hospitality, or foodservice environment, deep understanding of culinary trends, menu engineering, and guest-driven innovation.

The salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $130,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. Job Responsibilities
• Train and lead kitchen personnel.
• Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food.
• Select and develop recipes as well as standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality.
• Establish presentation technique and quality standards.
• Plan and price menus.
• Ensure accurate equipment operation/maintenance
• Ensure accurate safety and sanitation in kitchen.
• You may cook selected items, no more than 20% of the time.
• You may coordinate special catering events and may also offer culinary instruction and/or demonstrates culinary techniques.
• Directly supervises kitchen personnel with responsibility for hiring, mentoring, performance reviews and initiating pay increases.

Qualifications
• 8+ years of industry & culinary management experience
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• The ability to lead in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is essential to success in this role.
• Previous experience with control food & labor cost, demonstration cooking, menu development and pricing and development of culinary team preferred.
• P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable.
