Job Description
The Catering Sales Coordinator coordinates through the entire cycle of a booked event from Seattle Convention Center (SCC) to Aramark, and Aramark back to SCC. Contributes to all Aramark departments on behalf of the Catering Sales team to ensure the smooth delivery and success of an event.

Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $26.00 to $32.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
- Daily pick up and sorting of mail between the Sales office and Aramark Operations
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing orders for supplies with Purchaser; verifying receipt of supplies
- Maintains service order revisions process for the daily department change sheet
- Maintains and keeps current all sales documents, one-sheets, menus as needed
- Coordinates Internal Events Functions including inputting into Momentus, and correspondence with internal contact, provides information by answering questions and requests
- Maintains Momentus catering database, and input new resources and menus as needed
- Maintains Momentus price list with updates as needed
- Prepares Precon Service Orders as directed by Catering Sales Managers
- Maintains “Custom Menu” folders with updates to pricing and menu substitutions
- Documents event tasting photos with item name and upload to public drive
- Books and blocks internal events in Momentus as needed
- Assists Catering Sales Managers on exhibitor orders not being handled by exhibitor services
- Assists Catering Sales Managers with all ICW orders
- Coordinates most retail only shows
- Maximizes revenue for assigned ICW and Exhibitor Orders through proposal based selling
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintains Catering needs of the Sales Office and Studio

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. 2+ years administrative support experience. Sales and/or food service support experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organized, excellent time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication
• Ability to work quickly, independantly, and efficiently
• Strong digital literacy in Excel, Outlook, Word and other Microsoft Office Suite or related programs as well as other databases and spreadsheet software
