Long Description

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $23.00 to $23.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of food and beverage services at assigned venues, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Supervise and train staff and address any staff- related issues.
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations and Aramark’s policies and procedures.
• other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally, aiming for high customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate flexibility to accommodate business needs, including working varying shifts and hours.
• Cover any shift as needed, providing support and backup for callouts or staff shortages which includes bartender shifts as a non-tipped position.
• Ensure that food items are stored in a safe, organized, and hazard-free environment.
• Utilize scheduling system to update employee timecards and schedule as necessary
• May prepare orders as needed to ensure accurate production for location.
• Supervise employees; counsel; promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork.
• Ensure all food safety/temperature logs are completed with appropriate corrective action, as necessary.
• Report any maintenance equipment issues to facility for repair as needed.
• Proficiency in multi-tasking.
• Maintain knowledge of daily catering events and confirm they are prepared and delivered on time.
• Assist with and participate in staff meetings

Perform other duties as need and requested by the Food Service Director, or Manager(s).

Qualifications

•    Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions 
•    Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year
•    Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program.
•    Ability to perform basic arithmetic 
•    Maintain emotional control under stress
•    Ability to resolve interpersonal situations
•    Strong organizational skills
