Job Description

The Seasonal HR Gameday Admin at Oracle Park plays a key role in providing high-level administrative support to the onsite Human Resources and Gameday Operations teams. This position focuses on efficiently handling HR documentation, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with administrative tasks related to hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with HR and operational teams, interact cheerfully and professionally with employees and visitors, and ensure compliance with organizational and client standards. This role involves a fast-paced environment, requiring a proactive and adaptable approach.

Long Description

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $26.25 to $31.50. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing administrative support for HR and Gameday Operations, including maintaining employee records, processing new hire documentation, and assisting with onboarding.

  • Distribute and track HR forms, manage filing systems, and maintain compliance documentation.

  • Assist with staffing logistics, such as preparing schedules, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring paperwork completion.

  • Greet and assist employees and visitors, providing professional and cheerful customer service.

  • Operate technology systems including HRIS, applicant tracking systems, copy/scanners, Microsoft Office Suite, and voicemail systems.

  • Collaborate with the onsite HR team to address employee inquiries and support special projects and events.

  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks performed.

Qualifications

  • Prior administrative or human resources experience preferred, ideally in a fast-paced or event environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.

  • Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused mindset.

  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

  • Requires frequent performance of repetitive tasks such as data entry, filing, and handling paperwork.

  • Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic work environment.

  • Bilingual preferred
