Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $31.50 to $35.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

Club & Restaurant Operations
- Oversee setup, service, and breakdown of the restaurant, bar, lounge, and social areas on game days and non‑event days.
- Ensure all areas are clean, organized, properly stocked, and visually aligned with Gotham Club brand standards.
- Coordinate with the culinary, bar, and operations teams to maintain smooth service flow.
- Manage member flow, seating, and reservations while maintaining an exclusive and seamless experience.
- Support execution of member‑only events, special functions, and private gatherings hosted within the club.
Leadership & Staff Management
- Supervise servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff during shifts.
- Conduct pre‑shift meetings to review menu updates, service expectations, and membership‑specific notes.
- Provide coaching and real-time guidance to team members to uphold high service standards.
- Assist with onboarding and training new staff in the club’s protocols, service style, and guest expectations.
Member Experience & Guest Relations
- Deliver warm, personalized, and elevated hospitality to club members and their guests.
- Build rapport with regular members, remembering preferences and anticipating needs to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a visible presence on the floor to monitor service and address concerns quickly and discreetly.
- Protect member privacy and ensure club policies regarding access are followed.
Policies, Safety & Procedures
- Uphold high standards of food safety, alcohol service, and health department regulations.
- Monitor staff compliance with ServSafe, RBS, and internal policies.
- Report any safety, maintenance, or operational concerns promptly.
Administrative Duties
- Assist with inventory management, product ordering, and supply tracking.
- Support cash handling, POS oversight, and shift-end procedures.
- Contribute to post-event reports, shift logs, and feedback regarding club operations.
- Help coordinate staffing, scheduling needs, and special event requirements.
Qualifications

Required:
- 1–2 years of experience in premium dining, hospitality, private clubs, or upscale service environments.
- Previous supervisory or lead experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and all Giants home games as scheduled.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain discretion in a private club setting.
Preferred:
- Experience in luxury hotels, private clubs, or membership-based environments.
- Knowledge of POS/table management systems.
- Valid ServSafe and RBS certification.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs as needed.
- Comfortable navigating a large venue, including stairs and back-of-house areas.
