Position Summary
The Gotham Club Runner supports the service team by ensuring food and beverages are delivered quickly, accurately, and with exceptional presentation. This role keeps service flowing smoothly, assists servers and bartenders, and upholds the high standards expected in a private club environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and committed to excellence in guest service.
Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $26.22 to $26.22. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverage items from the kitchen or bar to guests promptly and accurately.
- Ensure all dishes meet presentation and quality standards before leaving the kitchen.
- Assist servers by restocking items, clearing tables, resetting sections, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Support bartenders and chefs during high-volume times, including game days and events.
- Provide friendly, attentive service to members, responding to requests professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, dietary notes, and club offerings.
- Keep all service stations stocked, organized, and compliant with sanitation standards.
- Assist with event setups, breakdowns, and transitions between service styles.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food running, or support roles preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment.
- Comfortable carrying trays, navigating busy spaces, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and all San Francisco Giants home games.
- Professional, polished appearance and positive attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in private clubs, stadium clubhouses, or premium hospitality settings.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety protocols.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
