Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $31.50 to $35.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

Restaurant Operations
- Oversee setup, service, and breakdown of the restaurant on game days and event days.
- Ensure dining, bar, and service areas are clean, stocked, and guest‑ready before doors open.
- Manage guest flow, seating, and wait times to keep service efficient during peak pre‑game rushes.
- Communicate with culinary, bar, and concessions teams to maintain steady service and address operational needs.
- Troubleshoot service issues and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
Leadership & Team Support
- Supervise servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff during shifts.
- Conduct pre‑shift meetings to review menu specials, staffing assignments, and expected game-day volume.
- Provide real-time coaching and direction throughout service.
- Assist with training new team members on policies, procedures, and service expectations.
Guest Experience
- Promote a welcoming, energetic, and guest‑focused environment.
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and address questions about menus, seating, or operations.
- Maintain a visible presence on the floor to monitor service quality.
- Uphold Oracle Park’s hospitality standards for all guests—locals, out-of-town fans, families, and visitors.
Safety, Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, alcohol service, and health department regulations.
- Monitor staff adherence to RBS/ServSafe guidelines and company procedures.
- Report maintenance, safety, or operational issues promptly.
Administrative Duties
- Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and ordering needs.
- Support cash handling, POS management, and end-of-shift procedures.
- Participate in shift reports and event recaps as needed.
Qualifications

Required:
- 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience in restaurants, bars, or high‑volume hospitality.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and guest service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and organized during busy, time‑compressed pre‑game rushes.
- Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and all Giants home games as scheduled.
Preferred:
- Experience in stadium/arena dining, concessions, or high‑volume restaurant environments.
- Knowledge of POS and table management systems.
- Valid ServSafe and RBS certification.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift or carry up to 25–30 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to navigate a large ballpark, including stairs and service corridors.
