Title:  Warehouse Associate - Level 1 Flex - Frost Bank Center - Frost Bank Center Retail

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient handling, storage, and distribution of product in our warehouse across all San Antonio Aramark locations. This role involves various manual tasks and teamwork to maintain smooth warehouse operations while adhering to safety standards.

Job Responsibilities

· Receiving and Stocking:

o Unload and verify incoming shipments for accuracy against packing lists and purchase orders.

o Inspect goods for damage or defects and report any issues to management.

o Receive go-backs from retail locations and restock merchandise into warehouse inventory along with updating corresponding paperwork and counts.

· Inventory Management:

o Perform regular cycle counts and maintain records; notify management of discrepancies and low stock levels and assist in reconciliation to ensure accurate stock levels.

o Organize and store products in the correct locations. Ensure inventory is easily accessible and properly labeled.

o Monitor inventory for signs of shrinkage or damage and take appropriate action.

o Participate in all inventory counts and audits as assigned by management.

· Order Fulfillment:

o Pick and pack items for delivery to retail store or e-commerce fulfillment with accuracy and efficiency.

o Prepare shipments by assembling boxes and pallets with corresponding documentation for tracking.

o Load product onto delivery vehicles adhering to safety protocols and shipping schedules.

· Safety and Cleanliness:

o Safely operate any and all warehouse equipment as needed (training will be provided if necessary).

o Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

o Identify and report safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to management.

· Collaboration and Communication:

o Work collaboratively with other warehouse associates, retail teams, and management to meet organizational goals.

o Provide input on process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.

o Complete any and all other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• · Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  · Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.

  · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  · Basic math and counting skills required.

  · Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
