Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to provide an outstanding shopping experience to our customers. You will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining store standards, and building lasting customer relationships.

Additionally, as a team member in the Aramark Flex program, you will have the opportunity to pick up shifts that fit your schedule using ReadyOn, a flex workforce app. Pick and choose which events you are interested in working, without fixed schedule requirements. Aramark’s flex-time roles are perfect for candidates who value flexibility and are comfortable signing up week-to-week. Wages may vary based on role or event needs, but will always be at or above the base rate in your offer letter.

Job Responsibilities

• · Customer Service: Greet and engage customers, provide product information, and assist in making purchase decisions.

  · Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by upselling, cross-selling, and promoting store promotions.

  · Merchandising: Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, stocked, tagged, and organized to reflect brand standards.

  · Cashiering: Accurately handle cash, credit, and other transactions while maintaining a high level of integrity.

• · Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues in a professional and efficient manner.

  · Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to achieve store goals and foster a positive work environment.

  · Store Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment, including inventory checks and restocking as well as any tasks assigned by Management.

• Scheduling for this position will be managed through a flex workforce app, ReadyOn, in which shifts will be made available for you to select.

Qualifications

• · Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  · Basic math and counting skills required.

  · Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.

  · Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
