Job Description
The E-Commerce Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce division, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, exceptional customer service, and optimized online store performance. This role involves coordinating with various teams, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to enhance the online shopping experience and meet sales objectives. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for assisting with, and leading a team, picking, packing, and shipping products, as well as managing inventory and supporting warehouse operations to meet business goals.
Job Responsibilities

· Team Management:
o Supervise e-commerce staff, including customer service representatives, warehouse associates, fulfillment specialists, and digital marketing personnel.
o Assist with managing and monitoring daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory updates, pricing, and promotions.
o Train, motivate, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance standards while addressing performance issues promptly, providing constructive feedback and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
o Develop and implement workflow processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
· Sales and Performance Analysis:
o Monitor website traffic, sales performance, fulfillment times, and conversion rates using analytics tools and provide feedback to management.
o Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across both sales and fulfillment.

· Order Fulfillment:
o Accurately pick, pack, secure, and ship customer orders within designated timeframes and verify order accuracy by cross-checking items and quantities against packing slips and orders.
o Verify shipping labels and documentation for accuracy.
o Inspect products for defects or damages before shipping.
· Inventory Management:
o Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or low inventory to management to verify against web quantities to avoid over-selling or out-of-stock errors.
o Participate in all inventory counts and audits as assigned by management.
· Shipping and Logistics:
o Print shipping labels, invoices, and other required documentation to complete fulfillment process.
o Track and manage returns, exchanges, and refunds according to policy.
o Work with shipping carriers to ensure all pick-ups are scanned and accounted for appropriately when leaving the facility.
Qualifications

· 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing, or logistics.
· Experience with e-commerce, warehouse, and shipping software.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking & standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
