Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver Outstanding Customer Service

· Greet every guest with a friendly attitude and a smile.

· Provide fast, accurate, and courteous service — even during busy rushes.

· Anticipate guest needs and handle questions or concerns professionally.

· Make sure every fan leaves satisfied and ready for the next event.

2. Take and Process Customer Orders

· Accurately enter orders using the POS system.

· Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments responsibly.

· Repeat orders back to guests to ensure accuracy.

· Keep your register area neat and organized.

3. Prepare and Serve Food & Beverages

· Assemble and serve menu items quickly and consistently.

· Operate equipment safely (grills, fryers, soda machines, etc.).

· Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.

· Restock ingredients and supplies as needed throughout the shift.

4. Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Area

· Keep counters, prep areas, and equipment clean and sanitized.

· Take out trash and maintain cleanliness in guest areas.

· Follow all health and safety regulations.

· Assist with post-event cleanup and closing procedures.

5. Work as a Team Player

· Support teammates during peak times to keep lines moving.

· Communicate clearly with cooks, runners, and supervisors.

· Help train new team members when needed.

· Stay positive and professional — even when it’s busy!

6. Contribute to Game-Day Energy

· Bring enthusiasm and teamwork to every shift.

· Help create a fun, upbeat environment for fans and coworkers alike.

· Represent Aramark and Frost Bank Center with pride and professionalism.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

· We’re seeking team players who are reliable, energetic, and passionate about great guest service.

Requirements:

· Must be 18 years or older to serve or handle alcohol.

· TABC and Food Handler Certification preferred (training provided for qualified candidates).

· Ability to work 3–5 shifts per week, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

· Friendly attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

· Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus — but not required!
