Job Description

The Alcohol Compliance Supervisor ensures compliance with the Company Alcohol Policy in a fast-paced retail environment. This role oversees alcohol sales and service, ensures staff adherence to policies, and supports administrative tasks related to compliance and training.

Job Responsibilities

• Enforce the Company Alcohol Policy across all points of sale in the arena.
• Conduct audits of alcohol sales and services for compliance with company procedures.
• Train staff on responsible alcohol service, identification verification, and company policies.
• Document and resolve compliance-related incidents and maintain accurate records.
• Support administrative functions, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
• Operate office systems and software such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Qualifications

• Knowledge of alcohol compliance requirements in retail settings.
• Experience in compliance, supervision, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
