Job Description
The Senior Analyst, Customer Data plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of customer level data across core business systems. This role blends analytical capability with operational ownership, supporting customer matching, spend validation, supplier onboarding, and reporting needs that directly impact revenue recognition and customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and system stakeholders to resolve unmatched customer records, maintain accurate customer alignments, and identify missed or underreported spend. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, data investigation, and cross functional collaboration, and who wants to grow into a deeper analytics or data management career path.

Job Responsibilities
1. Customer Data Management & Matching
• Resolve unmatched customer records and maintain accurate customer mappings within CLP and related systems
• Investigate spend discrepancies and ensure customer data is aligned to the correct accounts
• Validate customer–supplier relationships and ensure data accuracy across multiple spend types
• Support the deployment and monitoring of customer matching algorithms and enhancements
2. Zero & Low Spend Identification & Opportunity Analysis
• Serve as the operational lead with strategic sourcing to identify zero/low spend relationships, ensuring the full remediation workflow
• Proactively identify properties with zero or low reported spend despite active supplier relationships
• Analyze customer–supplier matching gaps to uncover missed revenue and hidden spend opportunities
• Validate and capture missing or unreported spend to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition
• Leverage knowledge of CLP processes, supplier behavior, and matching logic to ensure all opportunity spend is fully captured
• Partner directly with suppliers to correct reporting issues, provide CLP training, and reinforce processes that prevent future spend gaps
• Maintain a closed‑loop process that strengthens long‑term spend visibility, compliance, and supplier engagement
3. Spend Validation & Revenue Support
• Research and resolve unposted or missing spend that directly impacts billing and revenue recognition
• Ensure spend is captured, validated, and posted in a timely manner
• Identify accounts with zero or declining spend and investigate root causes
• Partner with suppliers to correct reporting issues and ensure spend is accurately submitted
4. Supplier Onboarding & CLP Adoption
• Guide suppliers through onboarding and portal usage
• Train and retrain suppliers on data submission, customer alignment, and reporting expectations
• Reduce internal workload by empowering suppliers to self manage their customer data
• Support initiatives that increase supplier adoption and improve data quality
5. Reporting, Analysis & Visualization
• Assist in creating and updating business reports using Excel, Power BI, Cognos, or Qlik
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and spend opportunities
• Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to internal teams
• Support the wider data management team with reporting and ad hoc analysis needs
6. Project & Operational Support
• Participate in project meetings and document reporting or data requirements
• Support special projects, research initiatives, and cross functional data issue resolution
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with finance, sourcing, technology, and supplier teams to resolve data issues
Work Environment
• Office based role using standard computer and communication equipment
• Primarily sedentary with occasional light lifting of files or materials
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business operations (internships included)
• Strong Excel skills, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
• High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
• Effective communication skills and comfort working with cross functional teams
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem solving
Benefits
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $56,000-$80,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
