Lake Quinault Lodge is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and training our Front Desk staff, ensuring the highest level of customer service for our guests. The Front Desk Supervisor’s duties include scheduling shifts, handling guest complaints and requests, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of hotel services and local attractions, and ensuring rooms are impeccably presented.
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position is $22 to $25. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring efficient and effective service.
- Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) in the absence of the General Manager.
- Conduct audits and reporting related to front office billing.
- Address and resolve guest feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor front office scheduling and adjust based on business/occupancy demands.
- Ensure all front office operations align with company standards and guest satisfaction metrics.
- Maintain flexibility with scheduling, including the possibility of working AM, PM, or overnight shifts as needed.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in front office operations or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight as needed.
- Experience with auditing, reporting, and property management software is a plus.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
