Job Description
The Concession Stand Worker is responsible for receiving, verifying, stocking and prepping inventory/deliveries. The concessions stand worker adheres to established food safety, food handling service and sanitation procedures. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent bending, lifting (up to 30lbs), and standing for extended periods
- Flexible schedule, including availability for nights
- Receive and verify deliveries of concession products at event venues (Stadiums/arenas)
- Load and unload food and beverage inventory
- Stock concession stands and storage areas in preparation for events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Sets up workstations including prep tables, service counters, etc.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and concession areas at the end of each event
- Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes workstations
- Replenishes food items and ensures product is stocked to appropriate levels
- Maintains excellent service, positive demeanor, friendly, efficient, and positive service towards guests, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
- Ensures security of company assets
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

Qualifications
• Previous food service experience preferred
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification
• Demonstrates positive guest service skills
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 30 lb.
• Previous Guest Service experience is a plus
• Ideal candidate will be available to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and ocassional saturday
