Job Description

The Administrative Support Worker is responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, ordering, data entry, filing, etc. The Administrative Support Worker will be required to work well with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs

Compensation for ths position is $15.15 to $27.15

Job Responsibilities

•    Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
•    General office services responsibilities such as assisting employees with transporting/moving boxes, sit/stand desktops, monitors, etc.  
•    Managing work orders in Samsung’s My Workplace system
•    Assist with internal workstation reconfiguration, associate moves and termination packing
•    Wash, service, and gas executive company leased vehicles 
•    Assist with Shipping & Receiving responsibilities and dock management including opening of crates and pallets
•    Assist with upkeep of print stations
•    Pickup/drop-off daily US mail at local post office as required
•    Assist with internal US Mail Distribution
•    Partnership with building engineers by documenting and reporting office, building and/or property issues (lights out, holes in walls, signs falling, safety issues, etc.).
•    Assist custodial team with conference & training room upkeep; assist with employee meeting room setups
•    Assist custodial team with pantry upkeep including maintenance of pantry refreshments equipment and kiosks
•    Monitor office vending services – report deficiencies
•    Assist with office furniture stock
•    Scheduling and escorting office services external service vendors 
•    Supervision & organization of office storage spaces 
•    Light duty general maintenance including hanging of bulletin/white boards, photographs, postings and posters, installation/hookup of various monitors, other light duty maintenance items as assigned
•    Assist in emergency response to various building related emergencies
•    Perform additional tasks as assigned to you by your manager/supervisor

Qualifications

•    Work regular business hours Monday through Friday but must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
•    Prior administrative experience preferred
•    Have solid understanding of Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, PowerPoint,and Excel
•    Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
•    Demonstrates strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
•    High school diploma, GED or higher
•    Valid Driver’s License 
•    This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, extended walking and standing,  lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of up to 50 lbs. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
