Alongside a manager who will help coordinate and lead operations, you’ll help oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and help where needed. We can’t wait to see your growth, all while igniting your passion and pursuing what matters to you. 

Job Responsibilities

• Daily catering operations, setup, delivery, and execution
• Administrative responsibilities related to catering events, including planning, organization, and client communication
• Supporting the kitchen with daily meal execution and service
• Inventory management, ordering, receiving, and product rotation
• Daily cleaning, organization, stocking, and maintaining operational standards
• Marketing monthly specials and promotions
• Setting up seasonal and monthly café décor and displays
• Assisting with overall café operations, guest service, and operational excellence
• Supervising daily operations in the absence of the Food Service Director
• Any other job duties assigned by management

Qualifications

•    Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions 
•    Previous supervisory experiance preferred
•    Ability to perform basic arithmetic 
•    Maintain emotional control under stress
•    Ability to resolve interpersonal situations
•    Strong organizational skills
