Job Description
The Patient Service Manager will support the Patient Services Operation in the Food & Nutrition Department and will be responsible for developing and executing dining solutions to meet patient and customer needs and tastes. This person will utilize technical training and interpret government mandated nutritional standards in the healthcare industry on food health to develop healthy menu implementation plans.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $54,500 to $74,500. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount Aramark expects to offer. This range represents Aramark’s good‑faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
Patient Food Service Operations
- Manage all patient food service activities in accordance with established standards.
- Lead patient service staff to ensure meals are properly prepared and delivered.
- Conduct patient and departmental rounds to assess service quality.
- Oversee the diet office and the Service Ambassador Program.
- Record and ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation requirements.
- Supervise tray line operations and/or the room service program.
Leadership
- Leverage Aramark’s coaching model to engage, develop, and support team members.
- Reward and recognize employees for strong performance.
- Ensure individual and team performance meets objectives and client expectations.
- Plan and lead daily team briefings.
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards across all operations.
Client Relationship
- Maintain effective client and customer rapport to support positive business relationships.
- Identify client needs and clearly communicate operational progress.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark’s standard service model.
Financial Performance
- Assist with completing and maintaining departmental financial statements.
- Support achievement of client and company financial targets.
- Utilize Aramark systems and processes; understand performance metrics, ordering patterns, and inventory trends.
- Educate teams on key operational levers to improve margins.
Productivity
- Create value through efficient operations, cost control, and sound profit management.
- Meet and maintain Operational Excellence standards, especially food and labor initiatives.
- Ensure the team is fully trained and able to execute assigned responsibilities.
- Supervise team performance related to production, quality, and operational control.
Compliance
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees.
- Comply with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations, including safety, health, and wage‑and‑hour standards.

Qualifications
- Requires at least two years of patient food service experience and some management experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
