Title:  Sr. Concessions Manager - PNC Park

Job Description

The Senior Concessions Manager with Aramark and PNC Park will oversee the operation and management of concessions for PNC Park events. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in food service management, including operations, budgeting, purchasing, staffing, and customer service. The Senior Concessions Manager will work closely with other Aramark and PNC Park staff to ensure the highest level of service and quality for fans attending PNC Park events.

Job Responsibilities

•    Oversee all aspects of concessions operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, and inventory management.
•    Manage budgets and financial reporting for concessions operations.
•    Implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining high-quality service.
•    Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company and university policies.
•    Collaborate with other Aramark and PNC Park staff to plan and execute events and promotions.
•    Hire, train, and manage staff to provide exceptional customer service
•    Ensure adherence to policies and procedures to improve operations and customer experience.
•    Ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of concession stands and equipment.
•    Conduct regular audits of operations to identify areas for improvement.
•    Ensure compliance with cash handling and accounting procedures.
•    Perform other duties as assigned.
 

Qualifications

•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in food service management, including concessions operations.
•    Strong leadership and communication skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
•    Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
•    Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
•    Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
