Title:  Dessert Cart Attendant - PPG Paints Arena - Suites

Position Summary

The Dessert Cart Attendant delivers an elevated and memorable hospitality expereince to premium suite guests during hockey games. This role is responsible for presenting and servicing a curated dessert cart featuring premium offerings. The attendant provides personalized service by engaging guests, describing menu items, fulfilling individual dessert selections, and ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards or professionalism and luxury hospitality. In addition to servicing pre-stocked dessert carts in premium suites, the Dessert Cart Attendant actively serves walk-up guests throughout designated areas, maintaining exceptional guest engagment, product presentation, and sales opportunities. The attendant serves as an ambassador of the venue's premium hospitality program by creating a sophisticated, welcoming, and seamless dessert experience that enhances the overall guest experience.

Essential Job Functions

• Deliver and present pre-stocked dessert carts to premium suites according to event schedules and gust pre-orders.
• Provide attentive, personalized service to suire guests, assisting with individual dessert sections and answering product-related questions.
• Maintain an elegant and professional cart presentation at all times.
• Engage guests in a warm, knowledegable, and courteous manner while crating a memorable hospitality experience.
• Serve walk-up guests efficently while maintaining premium servcie standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to leadership.
• Process sales transations accurately.
• Maintain cleanliess and organization of carts, equipment, and service areas.
• Collaborate with premium hospitality, culinary, and suite service temas to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to communicate and work within a team.
• Responsible for proper breakdown and cleanliness of carts at the end of the shift.
• Operate/return portable credit card manchines.
• Return all proper paperwork at the end of the shift to Dessert Cart Supervisor.

Essential Requirements

• Adhere to all established policies of the employee handbook.
• Adhere to all established position performance requirements.
• Move, Push/Pull up to 75 lbs.
• Lift and Carry up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to Bend, Reach, & Stretch as needed for service to guests and cleaning & maintenance.
• Superior skills in orgnaization, detail orientation and thoroughness of task completion.
• Superior skills in customer service and personal interaction skills.
• Basic Math and Reading skills.
• Must be able to stand wand walk during entire shift.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Required Certifications/Education/Experience

• All standard Aramark & PPG Paints Arena trainings, including: RAMP Alcohol Training, ServSafe
• At least one year of fine dining or luxury service experience
