Title:  Culinary Invoice Receiver - Supervisor - PPG Paints Arena - Restaurant & Catering

Job Description

The role of an Invoice Receiver involves a variety of responsibilities that are crucial for maintaining inventory and ensuring the smooth operation of a business.

Job Responsibilities

• • Performing Quality Control: Ensure that received goods meet quality specifications and report any issues to management and Chefs. 
    • Updating Inventory: Update inventory records with the receipt of goods, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in our Inventory system Yellow Dog. 
      • Receiving and Inspecting: Accurately receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure they meet company standards and are in good condition. 
      • Basic knowledge of computers is a requirement.
  • Assisting in putting hourly schedules in our scheduling system ABI.
  • Weekly schedule would be from 7-3pm - Monday-Friday with holidays off. 

These responsibilities highlight the importance of the invoice receiver in maintaining inventory integrity and ensuring the smooth flow of goods within our organization at the arena. The role requires a blend of organizational skills, attention to detail, and inventory management knowledge.  

Qualifications

• Must have 1-2 years of relevant experience. 

• Current Certifications as needed 

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
