Job Description
The Vice President, Marketing is a visionary enterprise leader responsible for architecting and amplifying Aramark’s value proposition across strategic client segments. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this executive will shape Aramark’s market-facing brand strategy, drive client and consumer engagement, and deliver measurable business impact. This highly visible role will champion innovation, elevate brand equity, and position Aramark as an indispensable partner across all lines of business.
Job Responsibilities
• Brand Leadership: Serve as the chief marketing architect for the strategic growth team, crafting a compelling and scalable value proposition tailored to large, cross-LOB clients.
• Client & Consumer Engagement: Design and execute engagement strategies that build loyalty and drive measurable outcomes across client organizations and end users.
• Market Positioning: Lead the development and execution of brand campaigns that showcase Aramark’s innovation, capabilities, and impact.
• Strategic Communication: Build and implement communication plans that ensure message clarity, consistency, and resonance across stakeholder groups.
• Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends and emerging competitors to inform go-to-market strategies and product innovation.
• Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client executives to incubate and launch new offerings that meet evolving client needs.
• Marketing Insights: Deliver actionable insights to inform strategic decisions, solution design, and executive engagements.
• Enterprise Collaboration: Act as a strategic advisor to the growth team, LOBs, and executive leadership, supporting market expansion and solution innovation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong partnerships with strategic clients and internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years in progressive marketing leadership, ideally within complex, multi-unit organizations.
- Proven success in B2B strategy, brand leadership, and client engagement with large enterprise clients.
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams and driving outcomes without direct authority.
- Strong executive communication and strategic relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data and insights into business impact.
- Demonstrated success launching and scaling market-differentiating products or services.
- Skilled in leading decentralized teams in matrixed, high-growth environments.
- Deep understanding of competitive dynamics in service-based industries (e.g., B2B services, tech, healthcare, industrial).
