We are seeking a visionary and innovative VP of Information Technology to lead our Technology team within the Corrections Line of Business. This leader will be responsible for setting and aligning our technology strategy with our business goals within the broader Aramark IT infrastructure.
This position, reporting to the Line of Business President, will work closely with other senior executives to establish and maintain critical relationships with vendors and clients. This role will also manage IT personnel, projects, and budgets within the Line of Business.
Job Responsibilities
• Client Relationship Management: Engage directly with clients to provide guidance on technology services and solutions, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
• Financial Performance: Provide transparency and ROI to the business regarding IT investments. Manage technology financial performance and advise the business on IT capabilities that can drive operating efficiencies.
• Technology Roadmap: Monitor changes and advancements in technology to discover ways the business can gain a competitive advantage and deliver innovative solutions.
• Strategic IT Leadership: Set objectives and strategies for the IT department that support the vision and mission of the business. Define a seamless experience for our customers and how they will interact with technology throughout their journey.
• Growth Support: Collaborate with our Growth organization and directly with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how technology services can deliver value.
• Executive Leadership & Presence: Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team. Lead and develop our technology team, embodying our Leadership Model which emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and integrity.
• Travel: is expected to be approximately 25% for this role.

Qualifications
• Experience: 10+ years of IT leadership in a large, complex environment. Prior business unit/company VP level experience is preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience within retail, hospitality or the managed services industry is preferred. Must demonstrate a solid understanding of how technology impacts our clients, customers, and stakeholders through understanding industry trends, challenges, opportunities, and best practices.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence overall business strategy and align IT with business goals.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Ability to work under pressure and handle complex situations.
• Education: BS degree required; MA or MBA preferred.
