We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Execution Leader to drive the execution of AI-driven program transformations within our organization. The role will execute enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that harness AI, analytics, and modern ways of working to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role is not just about program management —it is about executing enterprise-wide transformation outcomes, removing roadblocks at the highest level, and accelerating AI-driven transformation at a global scale.  The successful candidate will serve as the program execution lead, responsible for leading comprehensive transformational programs that encompasses people, process, and technology anchored in taking advantage of AI advancements. This role is crucial in ensuring that the programs meet or exceed their value propositions and delivers significant improvements in the targeted transformation areas. 

By sitting at the intersection of strategy, growth, and cost, the position provides the authority and seniority to break silos and embed transformation across the organization.  Instead of a traditional approach of leveraging third party consulting leadership, we are hiring this role to help execute sustainable change over our multi-year journey.
 
This competency-based role that is part of Enterprise Service Transform and will be assigned to specific transformation programs.  The inital assignment of this role will be on the transformation of our labor management.  Our vision is to achieve the most effective and efficient labor management processes to enable our people to excel in delivering these experiences.  This role is crucial in ensuring that the LaborIQ program is effectively managed to meet or exceed its value proposition and delivers significant improvements in labor engagement, optimization and operational efficiency. 

The role will partner closely with leadership to align technology, financial, and strategic objectives, ensuring disciplined execution across functions and geographies. This role requires executive presence, the ability to influence at Board level, and the seniority to drive change across disciplines such as, Technology, Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Job Responsibilities

This role reports to the Aramark’s Enterprise Service Transformation Lead and in the LaborIQ assignment, accountable to the LaborIQ Business Transformation Lead.  The role is responsible for defining and executing transformative programs to meet or exceed the defined business value leveraging advanced technologies.

Specifically for the initial assignment, while being accountable to the LaborIQ Business Transformation lead, the role will also coordinate all the necessary parties to achieve the desired results.  

The role will also coordinate all the necessary parties to achieve the desired results.  These include, but are not limited to, Business Stakeholders across our Sectors and SG&A functions.  This role will work closely with the respective Sector Technology, Human Resources, Operational and Finance leadership.   The leader must create a framework and build relationships with key lines of business within each sector, while also focusing on AI integration, software modernization, and cross-functional team leadership to deliver on the business needs.


For the assigned transformation program, this role is accountable for:
•    Program Definition and supporting models ensuring that the business objectives and goals are converted into executable and tracking data driven models
•    Ensure the program execution meets or exceeds its defined value proposition.  Value proposition must be anchored in the account level experiences.
•    Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure buy-in and support for the program. 
•    Partnering with the global organization to support their evolving needs, accepting that “one size does not always fit all” for each of our markets.
•    Teaming with Human Resources, Technology, Operations and Finance to ensure that we understand the total impact on our accounts.
•    Evangelizing the approach and plan to achieve the vision, building a broad coalition for the implementation of the change that is supported based on the case for change.
•    Program Leadership to direct and oversee the entire program execution to achieve the value proposition, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives.  Act as the primary execution agent, fostering a culture of execution, delivery and adoption across the organization.
•    Ensure all needs to achieve the value are identified, planned and managed.  This includes the oversight of detailed integration master plans across functions (Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Operations), ensuring milestones are aligned with deal value drivers,  Ensure all dependencies are identified and managed.
•    Ensure the program is taking advantage of the latest advanced AI technologies to maximize the value proposition.
•    Leverage analytics and value capture techniques to guide the transformation to the desired business outcome.
o    Establish KPI definitions and align data requirements with business outcomes
o    Establish incremental development cycle for real-time dashboards
o    Lead socialization and feedback cycle for transformation dashboards
o    Provide transformation insights with actionable recommendations to improve program impact

Qualifications

•    Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in leading large-scale transformation programs, preferably within the hospitality sector, and AI-driven solutions
•    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
•    Proven track record leading high-stakes global programs with measurable outcomes.
•    Executive-level experience partnering with CIOs, CFOs, and senior leadership teams.
•    Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in enterprise settings.
•    Demonstrated success in financial management, cost optimization, and P&L impact.
•    Expertise in change management, governance, and organizational effectiveness.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely 
•    Exceptional communication and influencing skills with Board and C-suite stakeholders.
•    Experience working in matrixed, high-influence models leading teams/groups across markets and global geography through a distributed organization.
•    Program Management Expertise: Strong understanding of program management principles, methodologies, and tools focused on delivering return on investments.
•    Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
•    Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
•    Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
