Job Description
The Technical Services Specialist will be responsible to provide our suite of Professional Services products to our customers. The manager will use Revit and or Digital Twinning with 3D Lidar Camera to develop schematic floor plans, space, and asset inventory. As well, installation of our Internet of Things (IoT) program, AIWX System.
Job Responsibilities
The Technical Services Specialist is responsible for providing Professional Services:
- Creating Revit Architectural (Level 50) floor plans and space inventory
- Using a 3D Lidar Camera to develop floor plans
- Installing QR Codes on Facilities Assets
- Using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to develop grounds maps and inventory
- Implementing and installing AIWX (IoT) sensors for facilities management
- Responsible for quality assurance and control
- Works out of Aramark Head Quarters in Philadelphia
- Reports to the Facilities Center of Excellence (FCOE) Manager
- Scheduling projects
- Project management and communication with customers and managers
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Scheduling personnel and vendors
- Assessing customer needs
- Work closely with the FCOE Project Managers to coordinate successful implementations
- The Assistant Technical Services Manager will have oversight of all implementations and enhancements of all products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years’ experience in using design software for development of floor plans
- Preferred Revit, Geographic Information System and or Digital Twin Experience
- Prior experience working with technologies to develop floor plans and space information
- Understanding of Facilities Assets (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)
- Excellent hand and computer plan graphics
- Proven skills in Adobe Suite, Google Sketch Up and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in GIS, CAD and Revit Software
- Must be an effective communicator, both written and oral
- Exceptional judgment, integrity, and discretion, and demonstrated ability to think strategically, and delivery tactically.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and expertise in working with diverse groups of individuals and building partnerships
- Proven experience working in a team atmosphere
- Travel requirement 30%
