Job Description
The Technical Services Manager will support the delivery of our Professional Services offerings to customers, ensuring high-quality execution across all project phases. This role involves using Revit and/or digital-twinning technology with 3D LiDAR cameras to survey building spaces, develop schematic floor plans, and collect equipment asset inventories. The position will also support the deployment and installation of our Internet of Things (IoT) platform, the AIWX System. This role requires approximately 30% travel.
Job Responsibilities
The Assistant Technical Services Manager is responsible for providing Professional Services:
- Creating Revit Architectural (Level 50) floor plans and space inventory
- Using a 3D Lidar Camera to develop floor plans
- Installing QR Codes on Facilities Assets
- Using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to develop grounds maps and inventory
- Implementing and installing AIWX (IoT) sensors for facilities management
- Responsible for quality assurance and control
- Works out of Aramark Head Quarters in Philadelphia
- Reports to the Aramark Facilities Center of Excellence (FCOE) Project Manager
- Scheduling projects
- Project management and communication with customers and managers
- Demonstrates analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Assessing customer needs
- Work closely with the Aramark Mobilization Managers to coordinate successful implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years’ experience in Facilities Maintenance with knowledge of identifying maintainable equipment.
- Proven ability to lead projects and teams, consistently delivering high-quality results with established timelines
- Prior experience working with technologies to develop floor plans and space information
- Understanding of Facilities Assets (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)
- Proven skills in Microsoft Office software.
- Knowledge in Digital Twin, GIS, and Revit/CAD Software
- Must be an effective communicator, both written and oral
- Exceptional judgment, integrity, and discretion, and demonstrated ability to think strategically, and delivery tactically.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and expertise in working with diverse groups of individuals and building partnerships
- Ability to walk, stand, use stairs and lift/push/pull up to 20 lbs frequently
