Job Description

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will operate as a strategic individual contributor specializing in high-level and complex roles. You will leverage your expertise in sourcing, pipeline development, and client relationship management to attract top-tier talent. This senior talent partner role involves strategic influence, market intelligence, and delivering a seamless recruitment experience for higher-level positions. You will lead strategic recruitment processes to ensure the success of our seasonal ramp ups.

In addition, you will support and lead LOB-focused project work and new business growth mobilizations that aligns with broader fiscal year strategies, partnering cross-functionally to drive initiatives that enhance workforce planning, talent forecasting, and operational excellence across key business areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, developing tailored recruiting strategies for complex and high-impact roles. Provide market insights and guidance to influence hiring decisions.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and deep market knowledge to build and maintain a pipeline of high-caliber candidates for critical roles. Proactively engage with passive candidates and build relationships to anticipate future hiring needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and hiring managers. Act as a strategic consultant, advising on talent strategies, market trends, and best practices to ensure successful recruitment outcomes.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by acting as a brand ambassador and conveying the organization’s values and culture. Guide candidates through a transparent and engaging recruitment process for senior-level roles.
  • Leverage industry insights, competitor analysis, and market data to inform talent acquisition strategies. Provide strategic planning and recommendations to meet evolving business needs.
  • Lead and align team members on strategic recruitment processes to ensure the success of our ramp up both internally and externally, without direct supervisory authority.
  • Drive collaboration across hourly, salaried, contingent and operations teams
  • Ad hoc reporting and data validation
  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for historically hard-to-fill roles, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative sourcing techniques to attract specialized talent.
  • Conduct market and competitor mapping to identify emerging talent pools, benchmark compensation trends, and inform strategic hiring decisions across key business units.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines aligned with long-term workforce planning, ensuring readiness for critical roles and minimizing time-to-fill for high-impact positions.

Qualifications

You are a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in sourcing and hiring for high-level and complex roles. You thrive in a strategic, consultative role, providing market intelligence and strategic guidance to senior leadership. You are an expert in advanced sourcing techniques, with a network of high-caliber candidates and the ability to engage passive talent effectively. You have a proven track record in building strong relationships with executives and influencing hiring strategies at the highest levels.

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting for exempt-level roles, with a focus on senior-level or specialized positions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and pipeline development for complex roles.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and strategic partnering with senior leadership.
  • Strong business acumen and market intelligence, with the ability to influence strategic hiring decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all organizational levels.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM tools; proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead teams through influence rather than direct management.
