- 2–5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in high-volume environments
- Proven ability to deliver in fast-paced, high-demand settings
- Strong sourcing and pipelining skills
- Experience influencing hiring managers and driving decisions
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
