Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner supports full-cycle recruiting for entry-level through management roles within the Corrections Line of Business in Aramark. This role builds talent pipelines, partners closely with hiring leaders and HR stakeholders, and delivers an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience from intake through offer and onboarding support.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions (intake/kickoff, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer, and pre-boarding), ensuring quality, speed, and compliance.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, market mapping, referrals, events, and networking; maintain warm candidate slates for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Partner consultatively with hiring leaders and HR to define role requirements, compensation ranges, and selection criteria; guide interview teams on structured interviewing and equitable evaluation.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating status updates, preparing candidates and interviewers, and closing candidates effectively through offer acceptance.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliant hiring practices within the ATS; track and report recruiting activity, funnel metrics, and time-to-fill to drive continuous process improvement.
  • Promote inclusive hiring practices and strengthen the employer brand by building diverse sourcing channels, participating in community events, and partnering with stakeholders to remove barriers in the hiring process.

Travel: Up to 30% as business needs require.

Qualifications

•    2-5 years full life cycle, high volume, corporate or agency experience recruitment experience required.
•    Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred
•    Creative sourcing and pipelining experience, including use of social media – LinkedIn, etc.
•    The ability to influence strategy and provide mentoring and counseling
•    Experience with researching, generating, and converting searches into a qualified candidate pool.
