As the Hourly Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be a leader on the Collegiate Hospitality Talent Acquisition Team, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director.  You will be responsible for leading a team of 3 hourly recruiters supporting nationwide recruiting efforts for our high-volume, entry level roles.  You will partner closely with our hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and internal Talent Acquisition team to build recruitment strategy for our Peak and non-Peak hiring seasons, support a focused approach on hourly recruiting, measure efficiencies, address inefficiencies through training and education, and provide reporting data on candidate pipelines.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop team: Manage and mentor a team of recruiter to ensure optimal performance and excellent service delivery to support recruitment on hourly positions
  • Business Acumen: Develop deep understanding of the Collegiate Hospitality line of business to ensure recruitment strategies are reflective of business needs and team service delivery is reflective of nuances business needs
  • Communication: Maintain proactive communication with team members, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders regarding recruitment strategies and progress to deliver on effective staffing plans and execution
  • Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement recruitment strategies for high volume hourly roles across the Collegiate Hospitality line of business during both Peak and non-Peak hiring seasons
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide training to hiring managers within operational environment on best practices, role visibility (job advertisement tactics, community partnerships, hiring events, etc.)
  • Metrics and Analytics: Define, track, and analyze recruitment metrics to monitor performance 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience from an agency and or corporate recruiting environment, high volume experience required
  • Previous people leadership experience highly preferred
  • Drmonstrated experience leading project initiatives including but not limited to the optimization of technology, process, and recruiting strategy
  • Strong ability to influence and partner at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative and flexible attitude and style to adapt to new situation in a dynamic environment
