Job Description
The Starbucks Store Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Starbucks location at Dilworth & Sister Cities Parks. This position ensures excellent customer service, consistent beverage and food quality, operational efficiency, brand standard compliance, employee accountability, and a welcoming experience for both visitors and the public.
The Starbucks Store Leader provides hands-on leadership to the team, supports training and development, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, manages labor and inventory, and ensures compliance with Aramark policies, Starbucks brand standards, applicable SOPs, and collective bargaining agreement requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Support daily Starbucks operations, including opening, closing, production, service, and restocking.
- Ensure drinks and food items are prepared according to Starbucks standards and recipes.
- Provide direction, coaching, and support to baristas and food service employees.
- Monitor customer service, speed of service, product quality, and cleanliness.
- Ensure employees follow uniform, attendance, safety, sanitation, and workplace expectations.
- Assist with inventory, ordering, product rotation, and waste control.
- Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed.
- Communicate staffing, equipment, product, and employee concerns to management.
- Support a positive, respectful, and accountable work environment.

Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks, coffee shop, retail, food service, or supervisory experience required.
- Requires 1-3 years of experience in a management role
- Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as business needs require.
- Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model
