Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner – Stored Value & Loyalty to lead the design and delivery of guest identity, engagement, and rewards capabilities across our Point-of-Sale (POS) platforms.

 

In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of product strategy, client engagement, and technical execution, owning solutions end-to-end, from discovery through launch and optimization.

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Define and manage the roadmap for stored value and loyalty integrations
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
  • Identify opportunities to improve guest engagement and operational efficiency

POS & System Integration

  • Lead integration of loyalty and stored value systems with POS platforms
  • Partner with engineering teams to design, implement, and troubleshoot solutions
  • Ensure scalable, consistent configurations across implementations

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Lead workshops and translate technical concepts into business-driven solutions
  • Guide solution design and implementation strategy

Execution & Delivery

  • Manage projects end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Drive timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery
  • Develop processes, documentation, and best practices to scale solutions

Vendor Management

  • Own relationships with external partners and vendors
  • Align on roadmap, enhancements, and performance expectations

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or similar
  • Experience with POS systems, loyalty, or stored value platforms (hospitality/retail preferred)
  • Strong track record of managing complex system integrations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working with clients

Benefits

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $95,000-$110,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.  This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
