Job Description

The Growth Enablement Specialist supports the SeniorLIFE+ Growth team by driving strategic sales support and creating compelling proposals, presentations, and collateral that align with marketing, communications, and client needs. Working closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications, they ensure alignment with brand strategy and sales goals. This role partners across functions, manages timelines, maintains quality standards, and supports content strategy, sales process efficiency, and lead management. They also stay informed on industry trends, support thought leadership and help build scalable growth processes.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Enablement

  • Provide oversight and direction to the Growth team to expand sales support for prospecting, proposal and presentation/tasting development.
  • Develop and implement sales support processes and structures to efficiently assist the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the enterprise Growth Enablement team to ensure alignment and address line of business-specific needs related to systems, tools, training, and processes.
  • Engage with enterprise and XLOB resources to support ongoing growth within LOB.

Client & Prospect Engagement

  • Research prospective and current clients and strategize with seller to create a value proposition for the proposal and all other sales collateral.
  • Oversee inbound leads and conduct initial client contact to assess opportunities.

Content & Collateral Development

  • Supports the creation of white papers, case studies, and other sales materials needed to effectively empower the sales team.
  • Supports the review of existing marketing and sales content on a regular basis for accuracy and stays current with industry strategic objectives and trends.

Brand & Market Presence

  • Enhance industry presence through strategic planning for social media, communication outlets, industry conferences, and key client engagement events.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in strategic sales support, content strategy development, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent relevant professional experience considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Strategic thinker with strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
  • Effective managing others through influence rather than formal authority.
  • A self-starter, confident in their abilities, self-motivated and able to work effectively with little supervision.
  • A high energy, results-oriented individual who can make a difference; an individual who takes initiative, makes things happen, accepts accountability, and has a can do attitude; has a sense of urgency.
  • Creative and flexible in attitude and style to adapt to new situations in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment.
  • A strong value system, unquestioned integrity, and good listening skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, while working under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills, strategic acumen, critical thinking skills and the vision necessary to help develop unique solutions for a variety of clients.
  • Customer orientation and client relationship management are required, including the ability to communicate and work with a broad range of colleagues and constituents.
  • High degree of respect for the importance of confidentiality of all proprietary information is required.

Benefits

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000.  If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.  This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
