Job Description
Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a visionary nutrition leader to join its Center of Excellence team as Regional Director of Nutrition Development and Deployment. This highly visible role will drive the development and implementation of innovative clinical nutrition programs across multiple regions, managing key client relationships, provide strategic oversight of telehealth services and ensure alignment with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Schedule: Remote + 50-75% Travel. #LI-Remote. Candidates based on the East Coast are preferred.
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 + Annual Bonus. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise (SME) in the areas of healthcare clinical nutrition, professional practice standards and regulatory compliance
- Supports operations in the implementation of Aramark Healthcare’s clinical nutrition services programs and policies.
- Participates in the onboarding of Clinical Nutrition Managers and Directors to Clinical Nutrition practice and training programs.
- Responsible for program, standard and policy development and deployment of key strategic initiatives
- Recommends strategies in maintaining compliance with regulatory agency standards, including state, federal, and Joint Commission standards
- Activity manages the CNCR process and Clinical Productivity programs within their assigned region.
- Maintains effective communication plans with region leadership (DMs/RVPs) regarding site performance to program standards.
- Establishes client relationships with key customers to support clinical nutrition outcomes to ensure client satisfaction and account retention.
- Provide clinical expertise to new business development team as requested.
- Recommends clinical nutrition policies and programs to clinical nutrition program development based on professional practice standards, findings in Aramark operations and competitive insights
- Works with GM/FLM and District Managers to analyze operating costs and labor. Assists with identifying opportunities to reduce costs and/or improve service outcomes
- Assists with building region bench strength through identifying key clinical care staffing and competency needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in dietetics, foods and nutrition, or related area, granted by a U.S. regionally accredited college or university, or foreign equivalent. Master’s degree highly preferred
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR); certification/licensure as required by state of practice
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in acute care clinical nutrition operations required
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience as food service director or comparable leadership position required
- Experience leading clinical nutrition staff across multiple facilities, within a hospital system, district or region preferred.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory agency standards including CMS, TJC, DNV, etc.
- Ability to travel nationally 50- 75% of the time.
