Job Description
This position is responsible for providing support to internal staff and clients, relating to the proprietary suite of applications. The role will be the conduit between business users and the IT function where building relationships is a key requirement. The successful candidate will be central in developing and supporting best-practice procedures for the operating model. The role will be the issue point for members of the operation, development, and IT teams.

Job Responsibilities
User Experience & Interface Design
• Create wireframes, user flows, low and high fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Translate complex problems into elegant and intuitive user interface solutions.
• Maintain and evolve design system components in Figma.
Collaboration & Product Development
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders to define requirements and shape the end to end user experience.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, design critiques, and working sessions to ensure designs meet user and business needs.
• Provide UX/visual design support during development and QA to ensure high quality implementation.
User Research & Testing
• Conduct or support user research, such as usability testing, concept testing, and gathering user feedback.
• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights to guide design decisions.
Design Execution & Quality
• Deliver design solutions aligned with product strategy, accessibility standards, and responsive design best practices.
• Advocate for user centered design across the team.
Qualifications
Required
• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
• BS/BA in relevant field or equivalent years' experience
• Hands on expertise with Figma, including components, prototyping, auto layout, and design systems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in end to end product design.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, UI patterns, and visual design fundamentals.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to cross functional partners.
• Experience working in an iterative, agile environment.
• Thrives in dynamic, evolving environments and can move forward with limited direction.
• Comfortable managing one off or evolving projects in response to emerging business needs.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
• Familiarity with user research methodologies.
• Basic understanding of front end development constraints (HTML/CSS/React concepts).
• Experience designing for web and mobile applications.
Soft Skills
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to iterate based on feedback.
• Ability to balance creativity with business requirements.
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
Benefits
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $85,000-$95,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
