Job Description
As the Mobilization Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be a leader on the U.S. Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the Director of Strategic Sourcing. You will be responsible for leading the sourcing and recruiting for talent required for proposed and newly awarded business and newly opened accounts across all lines of business and US geographies. You will partner closely with senior leadership, sales, and HR partners to build recruitment pipelining plans while execute recruiting strategies for new accounts. As the Mobilization Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be an expert communicator, managing critical accounts for multiple lines of business, providing consultation, data, and reporting as applicable. You will provide expert recruiting expertise by staying abreast of industry trends, labor supply and demand, and business knowledge. The role will also be responsible for managing full life-cycle recruitment for all levels across multiple lines of business.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and Develop Team: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure optimal performance and excellent service delivery to deliver recruitment or both salaried and hourly positions.
- Business Acumen: Develop deep understanding of all lines of businesses to ensure recruitment strategies are reflective of business needs and team service delivery is reflective of nuanced business needs
- Communication: Maintain proactive communication with team members and HR stakeholders about recruitment strategies and progress and ensure effective staffing plans and execution.
- Recruitment & Sourcing Strategies: Create and implement recruitment and sourcing strategies for all career levels, working with internal clients to plan for future hiring needs and using creative methods to find top talent for difficult-to-fill roles.
- Project Leadership: Lead major projects to build talent pipelines that align with new sales opportunities.
- Metrics and Analysis: Define, track, and analyze recruitment metrics to monitor performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience from an agency or corporate recruiting environment; high volume corporate experience required
- Previous people leadership experience required.
- Demonstrated experience leading project initiatives including but not limited to the optimization of technology, process, and recruiting strategy
- Strong ability to influence and partner at all levels of the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and flexible attitude and style to adapt to new situations in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment
