Job Description
The Menu Enablement Specialist is part of the Culinary and Menu Enablement team, responsible for developing and delivering culinary and menu solutions for the Retail/Catering service channel and associated projects/workstreams. This position will engage, collaborate, and maintain a partnership with a wide range of Aramark’s operating, marketing, technical and cross-functional teams.
The Menu Enablement Specialist delivers scalable menu solutions by implementing changes, managing software platforms, and developing tools to ensure operational readiness. Responsibilities include data driven decision making, gathering stakeholder input, prioritizing requirements, and executing tasks both independently and collaboratively. Requires strategic thinking, cross-functional coordination, clear communication, and a detail-oriented approach.
Job Responsibilities
Reporting Relationships
- Reports directly to the Senior Director of Culinary and Menu Enablement
- Provides support through the Menu Category Management and Culinary Innovation Teams
- Collaborates closely with multiple service channels, functional groups, Culinary Systems, Line of Business (LOB) stakeholders, and a broad network of Aramark businesses and support personnel.
- Member of the broader Hospitality Enablement Group
Specific Responsibilities
- Supports Retail Menu planning, process, training & timeline.
- Develops tools, resources and delivers training for field operations
- Maintains PRIMA Web master culinary database and food management system menu and recipes.
- Creates content for internal and external communication.
Performs ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
- Experience: Relevant professional background with a proven track record of increasing responsibility over time. (Culinary, Marketing, Project Management or Food Service Operations)
- Culinary Knowledge: Passion for food and interest in culinary principles are welcome. Prior foodservice experience is not required; familiarity with cooking techniques and menu writing is a plus.
- Communication & Project Management: Exceptional oral and written communication skills combined with proven project management capabilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced analytical skills, proof reading and computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint .
- Adaptability & Innovation: Creative, flexible approach with the ability to adjust to dynamic environments and evolving organizational needs.
